Honor 8 Lite system update arriving soon with GPU Turbo and call recording support

Hot on the heels of Honor 9 Lite and Honor V9, Huawei will soon begin rolling out an update that brings support for GPU Turbo gaming technology and a call recording feature to the Honor 8 Lite, otherwise known as Huawei P9 Lite 2017.
Huawei has been rolling out these two features to a good number of its devices as it tries to gain an edge over the competition by positioning its devices as the best for gaming. The Honor 8 Lite is the latest to join the party courtesy of an update that installs EMUI 8.0.0.320, but that’s not all this update brings to the device.

Besides the two, the B320 update will also install a new Android security patch for the month of September 2018, add UserAgent support for Airtel subscribers, and preload the Party Mode APK for syncing music playback across phones to improve the sound effects.
Note that the update hasn’t started rolling out yet, but it should do so in the next few days.
